Required Skills

Bachelor's degree in a related field. Equivalent (4 years) related experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degree.

5+ years of experience in Jira administration, configuration, usage, and maintenance.

5+ years of experience in Confluence administration, configuration, usage, and maintenance.

2+ years of experience in creation and management of automated tasks and scripting.

2+ years of experience with complex JQL filtering and custom dashboards.

1+ year of experience in successful migration or instance consolidation.

Familiarity with additional Atlassian tools: Bamboo, FishEye, BitBucket, Requirements Traceability, Git Integration for Jira, and Xray (Test Management).

2+ years of experience implementing Jira and Confluence upgrades.

Preferred Skills

Atlassian certifications.

Experience documenting processes and procedures, creating runbooks, and configuring products based on business requirements documents.

Experience with application monitoring and alerting.

Experience conducting User Access Reviews to determine appropriate user roles and responsibilities.

Experience interacting with enterprise change management processes, including presentations to a Change Approval Board.
