Qualifications Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred Experience in direct mail, print production, manufacturing, or scheduling preferred Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook ERP or PrintStream software experience is a plus Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to work overtime or flexible hours as needed Key Responsibilities Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer deadlines and manufacturing goals. Coordinate materials, equipment, and workflow to support efficient production operations. Monitor production output and communicate daily performance metrics. Analyze scheduling and production data to improve workflow efficiency. Collaborate with production, customer service, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
