Head of Analytics

Role This role is the leader of Analytics with a focus on leveraging data, information, and analytics to provide insights that alter decisions resulting in higher total company performance. The role reports directly to the CEO, leads a growing team of 12 people, and works closely with executive leaders across the organization. Responsibilities Leverage data and information to fundamentally alter outcomes for the business Help evaluate and integrate multiple acquisitions Coach, mentor, motivate and manage analytics team members Engage with key functional leaders demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and how analytics can create value Actively manage analytics team projects and deliverables; manage changes in scope, monitor risks, and communicate expectations in a timely fashion Help migrate the analytic and data infrastructure to an AI-enabled approach Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent required Superior problem‑solving skills Exceptional analytic skills 5+ years of management experience 4+ years of managing analytics teams Excellent communication and collaboration skills with proven results in influencing senior leaders and operational employees Proficiency with analytic and problem‑solving tools such as Excel, MS Power‑BI, SQL, Python, Spark Experience with Digital marketing analytics and Google products (Analytics, Ads, Console, Tags, BigQuery & Cloud Platform) Working knowledge of Agile tools (e.g., JIRA) and methodologies (Kanban) Experience with financial analysis Background in systems integrations and migrations is a plus Benefits Competitive salary and annual bonus Flexible time off and company‑recognized holidays 401(k) pension plan with company match contributions Short‑term and long‑term disability Life insurance (Basic, voluntary, and AD&D) Healthcare (Medical, dental, vision, and MDLive) Flexible spending & Health Savings Accounts (HSA) #J-18808-Ljbffr 360training
