Global Head of Trading Analytics and Insights - Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Global Head of Trading Analytics and Insights. This is a Director-level role that requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in markets, preferably within private banking or a wealth management setting. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of investment products across various asset classes and will be responsible for leading a new team that is responsible for all data aggregation and analysis supporting a large and complex global business. Key Responsibilities Lead the Trading Analytics and Insights team to support the capital markets business. Aggregate data across multiple trading systems and counterparties. Perform data cleansing, structuring, dashboarding, and visualization. Serve as the central source for inquiries related to the capital markets business. Prepare and present materials for senior management including business reviews, business efficiency analysis, data informed sales and client engagement and regulatory items. Partner with digital and specialist teams to focus on product alignment and identify investment opportunities for Citi Wealth clients including investment campaign traction. Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of experience in markets, preferably in private banking or a wealth management setting. Strong understanding of investment products across asset classes. Knowledgeable in electronic trading (EMS, TCA). Proficiency in coding, Tableau, Alteryx, and Python. Curiosity and openness to learning new products. Willingness to travel and learn how different businesses operate in various areas. Strategic thinking, public speaking and desire to partner with senior management to focus on business prioritization and opportunities. License requirements for the role: SIE (Securities Industry Essentials), Series 7 & Series 63. Skills and Competencies Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
