Field Sales Representative – Excavation Roto-Rooter seeks Field Sales Representatives for our Excavation department. We offer a sales professional with pre‑qualified leads from field service technicians and call centers, allowing focus on outside sales without cold calling. Compensation & Benefits Unlimited earnings, average $55,000‑$75,000 per year plus mileage reimbursement. Weekly base pay plus commission. All leads provided; no cold calls. Flexible work schedules. Top industry benefits. Responsibilities Identify and sell sewer line repair and replacement solutions for residential and commercial properties. Conduct camera assessments of sewer lines to identify root interruption or breakage and determine need for repair or replacement. Proactively follow up with existing customers to deliver effective plumbing or water‑related solutions. Leverage established pricing matrix and insurance guidelines to provide competitive quotes and close sales. Serve as a trusted information resource for Roto-Rooter customers. Requirements A valid driver’s license and acceptable background check per company standards. Exceptional focus on delivering outstanding customer service. Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. Proficiency with handheld telecommunication devices; comfortable with Word, Excel, and Roto-Rooter computer systems. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Plumbing experience not required. Organized self‑starter with an outgoing personality. Strong preference for candidates with outside sales experience in in‑home services; all outside sales backgrounds evaluated.
