Daily responsibilities include: Rooming patients, collecting medical history, and taking vital signs Preparing exam rooms and assisting physicians during procedures Providing injection training and administering injections as needed Coordinating patient flow and managing clinic efficiency Supporting patient check-in/check-out and scheduling Educating patients on next steps, medications, and treatment plans Communicating lab results and physician instructions Managing orders, prescriptions, and patient materials Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with HIPAA/OSHA What We're Looking For Required: High school diploma or GED Preferred: Medical Assistant or Nursing Assistant certification Experience in a clinic, outpatient, or specialty setting (fertility/OB/GYN is a plus) Ideal Candidate You’ll succeed in this role if you are: Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment A clear, professional communicator Compassionate and patient-focused A strong team player with a proactive mindset Compensation + Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package, including: Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance 401(k) Life Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Paid Time Off Ready to Join Our Team?
