Production Planner and Scheduler II

The Production Planner will be responsible for planning and scheduling production activities to meet customer service level objectives for assigned production series. In addition, this individual will plan, support, monitor, and handle day to day activities for all assigned product lines. Essential Functions:Interface with ERP system on assigned planner codes to release work orders, forecast demand challenges, outline capacity and interface with Operations teamsUpdate promise dates on existing Purchase and Sales ordersUpdate the assigned backlogs for delivery status and shipping informationFollow up and expedite high priority/overdue sales order with suppliersCommunicate with Customer Service on Sales Order statusPerform other duties as required by the supervisorRequired Skills/Qualifications:Ability to read, speak and write EnglishComputer literacy with MS Office and Adobe AcrobatAssociate’s degree3+ years experienceExperience:3+ years experienceA Little Bit About Us:Amphenol PCD, a subsidiary of Amphenol Corporation, is one of the world's leading suppliers of interconnect products for Military, Commercial Aerospace, and Industrial applications.
