Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities Analyze financial performance, trends, and key business drivers Prepare variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations Support month-end reporting and executive presentations Partner with operations and leadership teams to drive decision-making Develop dashboards, reports, and ad hoc financial analyses Assist with strategic planning and process improvement initiatives Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 4+ years of financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance experience Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modeling experience Experience with ERP systems and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau preferred Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills Why Consider This Opportunity?
