Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients with CHF, COVID, respiratory, GI, diabetic issues, and post-operative conditions.
• Interpret telemetry strips and sign off on readings at least once per shift.
• Administer set rate Diltiazem/Cardizem drips and other non-titrating medications.
• Collaborate with house supervisor and charge nurse as needed for patient care management.
• Utilize Cerner charting system effectively with minimum orientation.
• Float to East Campus and PCU if qualified, assisting where needed.

Qualifications

• Active RN license to practice in the state of Arizona.
• Must pass dysrhythmia exam prior to signing contract.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Experience in telemetry, CVA, TIA management, and reading basic tele strips.
• Familiarity with care for post-cath and total joint replacement patients.
• Previous experience with Cerner charting system recommended.
