Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical Neurology in Athens, Texas. The position involves providing specialized care on a neurology unit, primarily during night shifts. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.
Job Details:
- Certifications: NIHSS, Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
- Education/Education Requirements/Experience: 2 years of clinical experience, including charting in Epic electronic medical record system.
- Location Requirements: Candidates must have a valid license in the state of Texas and meet the specified county residency restrictions.
- Schedule: Nights (12 hours) shifts, three days per week, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: 2 years of experience, certifications in NIHSS and BLS, experience with Epic charting system.
- Additional Information: UT does not contract travelers residing in Henderson, Anderson, Cherokee, Rusk, Panola, Smith, Gregg, Van Zandt, Wood, Upshur, Camp, Hopkins, Franklin, Titus, and Morris counties.
