Senior Product Manager

Role Description
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our VA team, coordinating and driving resolution of complex engineering challenges that impact Veteran-facing systems across VA OIT.
- Own project planning, milestone tracking, and resource coordination across a cross-functional technical response team.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholder communication, keeping teams aligned and driving resolution.
- Coordinate rapid-response efforts across VA program offices and engineering teams to address enterprise-level technical issues.
- Lead change management and communicate program progress clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Facilitate collaboration across teams and navigate competing priorities with clarity and confidence.
- Manage project tracking in Jira or similar tooling.
Qualifications
- Federal IT experience, ideally with the VA.
- Strong organizational skills with a track record of hitting milestones across complex, multi-team programs.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills — you're comfortable with senior stakeholders and know how to keep a room moving.
- Experience navigating cross-functional technical environments with competing priorities.
- Familiarity with Jira or similar project tracking tools.
- Thrives in a remote, collaborative Agile environment and genuinely enjoys working across engineering and product teams.
- Communicates clearly and openly, whether running a cross-team sync or briefing leadership.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- In alignment with federal contract requirements, certain roles may also require U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation and/or a security clearance.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree.

United States Wage Range: $120,000 – $145,000
