Brief Description: Warehouse Manager reporting to the Service Center Manager. Job Responsibilities: Make sure that all orders released for shipment are filled on time Ensure the quality of our product Maintain the plant and all plant equipment including cleanliness. Supervise all receiving and shipping personnel Manage the facility VMI and Vending setups and maintenance Ensure VMI deliveries are accurate and one time Responsible for kitting schedules, processes and quality Consolidate inventory to make efficient use of storage space Confirm and approve all warehouse hours & PTO in payroll system Coordinate workload with Sales department for holidays and changes in customer demand. Assist upper management in developing, interpreting, and implementing company policies and procedures. Responsible for employee conformance to established practices. Direct warehousing of goods, equipment, and supplies. Review and maintain ISO operational procedures for incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, maintenance and safety. Confer with department heads to ensure coordination of warehouse activities. Responsible for training new warehouse employees. Report all warehouse measurables in staff meetings. Receiving accuracy rate Shipping accuracy rate Coordinate all returns with Purchasing department and QC department Other duties as assigned. Education/Credentials/Work Experience: High School diploma required. 3 to 5 Years warehouse supervisory experience, certified forklift driver, working knowledge of OSHA regulations, working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
