Senior Commercial Insurance Account Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, including renewals, endorsements, and new business quotes. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate insurance solutions. Collaborate with insurance carriers to negotiate coverage terms and pricing for clients. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and insurance products to provide informed recommendations to clients. Prepare and present annual insurance reviews to clients, offering insights and recommendations for coverage enhancements. Assist in claims management, ensuring timely and efficient processing for clients when needed. Provide support to the sales team in identifying opportunities for account rounding and cross-selling. Qualifications Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license. 5years of experience in commercial insurance account management. Proven track record of successfully managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in insurance management software and Microsoft Office suite. In‑depth knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverages, and regulations. Excellent client relationship management skills and a customer‑centric approach.
