Now we’re looking for the person who brings us the next wave of clients. The Role This is a hunter role. You’ll own new business generation from first touch to signed agreement: Prospecting — drop-ins, cold calls, cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and LinkedIn content that builds your (and our) presence in the PM community Quoting — scope walks and pricing new business, with support from our operations team Relationship building — you may be handed a few existing accounts to deepen, upsell, and cross-sell alongside our account management team Pipeline ownership — you build it, you work it, you close it You’ll be based in our office, but we know this job happens in the field — at properties, over coffee, in front of property managers. Once you’re consistently hitting goals, we’re open to a flexible hybrid schedule. Who We’re Looking For This role is built for someone specific.
