About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to play a pivotal role in the next chapter of its growth. This is a builder and integrator position, with a focus on scaling the business while maintaining the essence of the brand. The successful candidate will be the CEO's closest strategic partner, responsible for translating the founder's vision into disciplined execution across all operational functions. This includes but is not limited to, operations, people, finance, marketing, production, technology, and guest experience. The ideal COO will have a proven track record in high-growth, consumer-facing, and dynamic business environments, with a strong emphasis on hospitality and scale. They must be adept at fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and ownership, and be able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Key responsibilities for the COO at the company include driving operational performance, supporting scalability, and leading the organization through expansion and strategic growth. The role demands a leader with exceptional communication skills, a strong partnership orientation, and the ability to improve organizational effectiveness and execution. The COO will be instrumental in establishing clear operating rhythms, accountability structures, and scalable systems that support the company's continued growth. Success in this role will be measured by increased customer spend, strong guest experience standards, and the successful execution of new market launches.
