From strategy meetings to post-judgment client care, you’ll blend sharp technical skills with empathy and practical wisdom to help families navigate divorce and custody disputes. Responsibilities Shape and support case strategies by preparing discovery, drafting pleadings, motions, and mediation prep Filing documents with the court and preparing trial exhibits Be a “dealmaker” — helping families resolve disputes creatively, outside the courtroom. Project confidence and competence in contested cases while keeping clients calm and informed. Be part of a team that believes in winning together and growing every day Requirements A seasoned paralegal with 3+ years of family law litigation experience. Practical, empathetic, and client-focused. Someone who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
