What We Are Looking For Experience & Education 4+ years of experience as a paralegal or comparable legal professional, specifically working with litigation matters. Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent practical, hands-on legal experience. Perks: Exclusive employee discounts on a variety of products and services. salary: $38 - $42 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities Litigation Matter Administration: Oversee end-to-end case management, including deadline tracking, status reporting, outside counsel budgeting/billing, and the creation of streamlined legal processes. Investigation & Case Assessment: Support investigations by identifying, collecting, and reviewing evidentiary data, conducting witness interviews, and building comprehensive case timelines and summaries. Legal Hold Management: Own the generation, administration, and compliance of litigation evidence hold procedures and related document management. Document Production & Redaction: Prepare complex sets of documents for review and production, ensuring meticulous quality control, confidentiality reviews, and necessary redactions. Stakeholder Communication: Draft polished correspondence and reports for internal leadership, outside counsel, and key external stakeholders. Confidentiality Safeguarding: Handle highly sensitive, confidential company information with the utmost discretion (NDA required). Dynamic Team Support: Adapt to evolving business needs by taking on special projects and other strategic duties as assigned by management.
