Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Regional Director of Clinical Services (RDCS) to oversee and support the clinical operations of our skilled nursing facilities throughout the state of Florida. This leadership position ensures compliance with federal and state regulations, provides clinical guidance to facility teams, and supports quality improvement initiatives to ensure exceptional resident care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide regional clinical oversight to ensure high-quality, compliant, and efficient nursing services.
• Monitor and support implementation of clinical policies, procedures, and standards of care across assigned facilities.
• Collaborate with facility leadership to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective action plans.
• Conduct regular on-site visits to facilities and remain available for overnight stays as needed.
• Support facilities during state and federal surveys, and lead post-survey plans of correction.
• Mentor and support Directors of Nursing (DONs) and clinical teams to drive excellence in resident care.
• Analyze clinical metrics and quality indicators to guide performance improvement efforts.
• Ensure consistent compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Requirements:

• Current, active RN license in the state of Florida (required).
• Minimum of 2–4 years of nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting (preferred).
• Demonstrated understanding of federal and state long-term care regulations.
• Strong clinical assessment, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be able and willing to travel up to 100% of the time across Florida; overnight stays required.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR), Point Click Care (preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous regional or multi-facility clinical oversight experience.
• Proven success with clinical quality improvement initiatives.
• Survey readiness and regulatory compliance experience.
