Senior Director of Patient Services

To ensure coordinated access to therapy, the full-time remote Senior Director of Patient Services will oversee the strategic management and continuous improvement of the patient support program, managing third-party vendors and enhancing the overall patient experience. Key responsibilities Lead the management of patient support programs to guarantee access to Neurotech's Encapsulated Cell Technology Provide strategic oversight of third-party vendors to ensure adherence to service level agreements and efficiency in service delivery Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and refine the patient support program strategy and monitor competitive activities Required qualifications 7 - 10 years of experience in Patient and HUB Services within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry Product launch experience in rare/orphan diseases, with a focus on gene and cell therapies preferred Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred Demonstrated experience in strategic leadership and operational execution related to patient access and education Outstanding project and budget management skills with experience managing multiple vendors
