Senior Account Director

Driving business growth and managing high-value client relationships, the full-time Senior Account Director will focus on promoting connectivity, colocation, and infrastructure services to large-scale telecommunications companies and data centers while working remotely from the Eastern and Central Time Zones. Key responsibilities Generate sales revenue by promoting products and services to assigned accounts Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet business objectives Manage the sales process, present proposals, and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term commitments Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred Minimum of ten years of experience in sales or account management within the telecom, cloud infrastructure, or hyperscale data center sectors Proven track record of successful business growth and experience working with senior executives Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure, hyperscale data centers, and cloud solutions Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
