Health Systems Specialist
As a Health Systems Specialist, you will:
- Be responsible for supporting the SR team in the process of data gathering and analysis, assisting and managing system improvement activities and projects, and creating and evaluating reports
- Deliver Performance Improvement techniques to a broad array of programs and services throughout the Medical Center, including Lean, Coaching, Project Management, and Training
- Assist with SR education and training
- Serve as a resource for matters related to data capture to include spreadsheets and graphic software for managerial, administrative and clinical purposes
- Responsible for executing many special projects that require a variety of tasks and duties
- Complete other duties as assigned
Promotion Potential: The selectee may be promoted to the full performance level without further competition when all regulatory, qualification, and performance requirements are met. Selection at a lower grade level does not guarantee promotion to the full performance level.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday * 7am to 3:30pm
Telework: This position may be authorized for telework. Telework eligibility will be discussed during the interview process.
