Keller Williams Integrity Roseville is looking for an organized, creative, and service-minded professional to lead agent onboarding and support, coordinate training and events, strengthen office communications, and help showcase our people and culture through social media and content.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced coordinator who wants greater ownership, visibility, and room to grow within real estate operations. You'll work closely with local leadership and play an important role in creating an office where agents feel supported, informed, connected, and equipped to succeed.

SCHEDULE & WORK ENVIRONMENT

Full-time, Monday-Friday, primarily onsite in Roseville, MN.

Occasional early-morning or evening events may be required with advance notice.

This is a highly collaborative role that works closely with local leadership, agents, and other members of the Market Center team.

Responsibilities: YOUR PRIMARY AREAS OF FOCUS

This role brings together agent support, office operations, training coordination, and communications. Your primary areas of focus will be:

• Agent Onboarding & Service - Approximately 45%: Guide new agents through onboarding and licensing, maintain accurate records and documentation, provide day-to-day support, answer questions, and help create a professional and welcoming experience for agents, recruits, guests, vendors, and clients.

• Training, Events & Communications - Approximately 30%: Coordinate the Market Center training calendar, classes, orientations, meetings, recruiting events, and agent programs. Work with leadership to identify training needs, track participation and feedback, and ensure programs are communicated and executed effectively.

• Marketing & Social Media Support - Approximately 25%: Coordinate and create consistent social media and communications content that highlights agent success, office culture, training, community involvement, recruiting opportunities, and important announcements. Create graphics, flyers, presentations, email content, and promotional assets, and capture photos and short-form video at office activities and events.

WHAT YOU'LL DO Agent Onboarding, Licensing & Records

• Guide new agents through the full onboarding process, including licensing transfers, required paperwork, orientation, system activation, and internal leadership.

• Maintain accurate agent records, onboarding checklists, license status information, and required documentation.

• Conduct New Agent Orientation and clearly explain Market Center resources, expectations, programs, and services.

Agent Service & Systems Support

• Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day agent questions and follow issues through to resolution.

• Maintain frequently asked questions, resource guides, templates, and clear referral pathways so agents can get answers faster.

• Provide a professional, welcoming experience for agents, recruits, guests, vendors, and clients.

Training Calendar & Events

• Coordinate and maintain the Market Center training calendar, including scheduling, instructor confirmations, registration, setup, reminders, and attendance tracking.

• Partner with leadership to identify training needs, develop balanced programming, and use participation data and feedback to improve relevance and attendance.

• Promote and provide logistical support for classes, orientations, office meetings, recruiting events, and agent programs across email, social media, and internal communication channels.

Social Media, Content & Communications

• Coordinate and create consistent social media content for the Market Center and maintain a professional posting schedule.

• Create, edit, and schedule content highlighting agent success, office culture, training, community involvement, recruiting opportunities, and important announcements.

• Capture photos and short-form video at office events, classes, celebrations, and community activities.

• Create branded graphics, flyers, presentations, email content, and promotional assets using approved templates and brand standards for agents and the office.

Leadership & Market Center Support

• Participate in leadership huddles and communicate emerging agent needs, recurring questions, onboarding progress, training participation, and service concerns.

• Assist with recruiting follow-up, agent retention initiatives, care calls, event reminders, office announcements, reports, and special projects.

Qualifications: WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, proactive, and genuinely enjoys helping people.

• 1-2 years of experience in real estate support, licensing, operations, customer service, marketing, or a related field.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment, and a calm, professional service style.

• Excellent organization, follow-through, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Canva; working knowledge of social media publishing and basic content creation.

Preferred Experience

• Active or inactive real estate license and familiarity with licensing transfers and renewal requirements.

• Familiarity with MLS platforms, REALTOR associations, DocuSign or similar transaction tools, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms.

• Experience managing business social media, editing short-form video, or supporting live and virtual training events.
