Virtual Leisure Assistant
Remote Flexible Schedule Training Provided
Were looking for organized service-focused individuals to help clients coordinate leisure plans reservations and experience-related details from home.
As a Virtual Leisure Assistant youll support clients with research scheduling confirmations and trip details involving accommodations activities transportation dining and other leisure arrangements.
Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.
What Youll Handle
- Communicate with clients about preferences and requests
- Research leisure and reservation options
- Coordinate schedules and confirmations
- Organize activity accommodation and transportation details
- Provide updates and follow up on pending items
- Assist with changes or special requests
- Maintain accurate client records
What Were Looking For
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable follow-through
- Comfort researching information online
- Ability to manage multiple requests
- Comfort working independently
- Familiarity with email and online systems
- Adaptability when plans change
Experience in customer service hospitality reservations scheduling administration or client support can be helpful but it is not required.
