Your Role:
As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the heart and voice of our company, ensuring every customer interaction is handled with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency. Your role is crucial in maintaining our reputation as a caring and reliable provider in the lifesaving industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing orders, servicing customers.
- Build relationships with customers and exceed expectations.
- Receive incoming calls, answer product and service questions.
- Greet all incoming calls warmly.
- Take orders over the phone.
- Maintain customer records.
- Resolve product or service issues.
- Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing various tasks as needed.
