You are often one of the first friendly faces a resident sees each day, and the care you put into your work directly reflects the warmth and quality of our community. Shift Details: We are currently searching for a Full Time Housekeeper to join our team. This role is going to focus on our day shifts during the week with rotational weekend shifts. Please note this may change throughout employment as needed with notice. What You Will Do Deep clean resident apartments prior to move in, including living rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchens Complete weekly cleaning of occupied resident apartments on a scheduled rotation Keep all common areas neat, clean, and safe in accordance with company policies and procedures Remove trash from common areas throughout the community Vacuum carpets and clean doors and furnishings as neededOperate commercial cleaning equipment and handle cleaning solutions safely and properly Lift and move items up to 25 pounds as needed Maintain regular and predictable attendance What We Are Looking For Minimum of one year of prior housekeeping experience Ability to work with older adults in a courteous and friendly manner Ability to communicate sufficiently in English Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset Ability to safely handle cleaning supplies and equipment in compliance with facility policies and all applicable state and federal regulations Benefits for Full Time Employees Medical, Prescription, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid time off accrued up to 15 days per year Paid Holidays Employee Referral Program Company Paid Life Insurance Pet Insurance Company Matching 401(k) Daily Pay available to all employees Why Join Aviva Senior Living?
