L"Associé(e) en gestion de marque soutient le développement et l"exécution des initiatives marketing pour l"une des principales marques de consommation du Canada dans le secteur des peintures et revêtements. En étroite collaboration avec l"équipe de gestion de marque et des partenaires interfonctionnels, cette personne contribue à concrétiser les stratégies de marque par le biais de lancements de produits, d"initiatives couleurs, de campagnes marketing, de programmes destinés aux clients et de projets de développement de marque. Le ou la titulaire du poste jouera un rôle clé dans la gestion des actifs de marque, le soutien aux activités de commercialisation, la coordination de projets ainsi que l"exécution des initiatives de marque dans le respect des échéanciers et des budgets. Principales responsabilités Gestion de la marque
  • Soutenir l"exécution des plans de marque annuels et des initiatives marketing.
  • Participer au développement et à la mise en "uvre des campagnes marketing et des programmes de marque.
  • Soutenir les lancements de produits, les extensions de gamme et les initiatives liées au portefeuille de produits.
  • Veiller à la cohérence de la marque dans l"ensemble des documents destinés aux clients et des activités marketing.
  • Surveiller les activités de la concurrence et les tendances du marché.
Initiatives Couleur et Design
  • Soutenir les programmes de marketing liés aux couleurs et les initiatives saisonnières.
  • Coordonner les projets, les ressources visuelles et les communications liés aux couleurs.
  • Participer au développement de collections de couleurs, de présentations de tendances et de documents de soutien.
  • Collaborer avec des partenaires internes et externes afin de mettre en marché les programmes liés aux couleurs.
Gestion des actifs de marque et du contenu
  • Gérer les actifs de marque et le matériel marketing.
  • Coordonner les mises à jour de l"emballage, du matériel promotionnel, du contenu numérique et des outils de vente.
  • Veiller à l"application uniforme des lignes directrices de la marque dans tous les projets.
  • Soutenir les processus de création et de production.
Médias et marketing numérique
  • Gérer l"exécution de campagnes intégrées en médias traditionnels et numériques sur les canaux payants, propriétaires et sociaux, conformément à l"orientation et aux priorités de la marque.
  • Soutenir l"élaboration des plans médias et transformer les stratégies approuvées en campagnes bien exécutées, dans les délais prévus et selon le budget établi.
  • Coordonner les activités avec les agences médias et créatives afin de préparer les mandats, assurer la circulation des livrables et livrer les ressources de campagne.
  • Suivre le rendement des campagnes, compiler les résultats et formuler des recommandations fondées sur les données à l"intention du directeur ou de la directrice de la gestion de marque.
Mise en marché et soutien aux ventes
  • Gérer l"exécution des stratégies de mise en marché pour les lancements de produits et les programmes promotionnels, incluant le développement, la production et la gestion du matériel de point de vente (PLV) et de marchandisage en magasin.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec l"ensemble de l"organisation des ventes, y compris les représentants sur le terrain, afin d"assurer une communication claire, un soutien efficace et une exécution optimale des initiatives de marque au détail.
  • Développer des outils et du matériel de vente qui traduisent la stratégie de marque en messages convaincants pour les équipes de vente et les clients.
Gestion de projets
  • Coordonner les échéanciers, les livrables et les activités de projets impliquant plusieurs parties prenantes.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes du marketing de marque, des ventes, du marketing de canaux, de la gestion de produits, des affaires réglementaires, de la chaîne d"approvisionnement et des opérations.
  • Assurer le suivi des jalons et soutenir l"exécution des principales initiatives.
  • Prendre en charge le suivi budgétaire, le rapprochement des dépenses et l"administration des projets liés aux initiatives de marque.
Soutien aux consommateurs et aux clients
  • Participer à l"élaboration de présentations, d"analyses de rentabilité et de recommandations marketing.
  • Soutenir les initiatives de marque destinées aux clients ainsi que les programmes promotionnels.
  • Apporter un soutien aux salons professionnels, événements et réunions marketing internes, au besoin.
Qualifications Expérience
  • De 2 à 5 ans d"expérience en gestion de marque, marketing, marketing de produits, gestion de catégories, gestion de projets ou dans une fonction connexe.
  • Une expérience dans les biens de consommation, le commerce de détail, la rénovation résidentielle, la peinture, les revêtements, les matériaux de construction ou un secteur connexe constitue un atout.
  • Une expérience dans la gestion de campagnes médias payantes, numériques et sociales est fortement souhaitée.
  • Une expérience au sein d"un environnement de travail interfonctionnel est préférable.
  • Une expérience dans un environnement commercial orienté vers la clientèle est un atout.
Compétences
  • Excellentes aptitudes analytiques et orientation vers les recommandations basées sur les données.
  • Souci exceptionnel du détail et haut niveau de rigueur dans les documents financiers, créatifs et destinés aux clients.
  • Excellentes compétences en gestion de projets et en organisation.
  • Solides compétences en communication écrite et verbale.
  • Excellentes aptitudes en présentation et maîtrise de PowerPoint.
  • Bonne connaissance des médias et du marketing numérique ainsi que capacité à interpréter les données de rendement des campagnes.
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Excel et PowerPoint.
  • Capacité à gérer simultanément plusieurs projets.
  • Excellentes aptitudes pour la collaboration et le développement de relations professionnelles.
  • Bilinguisme (français et anglais) obligatoire.
  • Une connaissance du marché de consommation et du commerce de détail au Québec constitue un atout.

Position Summary The Associate Brand Manager supports the development and execution of marketing initiatives for one of Canada"s leading consumer brands in the paint and coatings category during a maternity leave replacement. Working closely with the Brand Management team and cross-functional partners, this role helps bring brand strategies to life through product launches, colour initiatives, marketing campaigns, customer programs, and brand development projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing brand assets, supporting commercialization activities, coordinating projects, and ensuring brand initiatives are delivered on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities Brand Management
  • Support the execution of annual brand plans and marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and brand
programs.
  • Support product launches, line extensions, and portfolio initiatives.
  • Help ensure brand consistency across customer-facing materials and marketing
activities. * Monitor competitive activity and market trends. Colour & Design Initiatives
  • Support colour marketing programs and seasonal colour initiatives.
  • Coordinate colour-related projects, assets, and communications.
  • Assist in the development of colour collections, trend presentations, and supporting
materials. * Work with internal and external partners to bring colour programs to market. Brand Assets & Content
  • Manage brand assets and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate updates to packaging, marketing collateral, digital content, and sales tools.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are applied consistently across projects.
  • Support creative development and production processes.
Media & Digital Marketing * Manage the execution of integrated media and digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and social channels, in line with brand direction and priorities.
  • Support the development of media plans and translate approved strategy into well executed, on-time, on-budget campaigns.
  • Coordinate with media and creative agencies to brief, traffic, and deliver campaign
assets. * Monitor campaign performance, compile results, and surface data-driven insights and recommendations to the Director of Brand Management. Go-to-Market & Sales Support * Manage go-to-market execution for product launches and promotional programs, including the development, production, and management of POS and in-store merchandising materials. * Liaise closely with the full sales organization - including field sales - to ensure brand initiatives are clearly communicated, well supported, and executed effectively at retail. * Develop selling tools and materials that translate brand strategy into compelling stories for sales and customer audiences. Project Management
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and project activities across multiple stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Brand Marketing, Sales, Channel Marketing, Product Management,
Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.
  • Track project milestones and support execution of key initiatives.
  • Lead budget tracking, reconciliation, and project administration across brand
initiatives. Consumer & Customer Support * Support the development of presentations, business cases, and marketing recommendations.
  • Assist with customer-facing brand initiatives and promotional programs.
  • Support trade shows, events, and internal marketing meetings as required.
Qualifications Experience * 2-5 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Marketing, Product Marketing, Category Management, Project Management, or a related business function. * Experience in consumer goods, retail, home improvement, paint, coatings, building products, or a related industry is an asset. * Experience managing paid media, digital, and social marketing campaigns is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment is preferred.
  • Experience working within a customer-facing commercial environment is preferred.
Skills
  • Strong analytical skills with a bias for data-driven thinking and recommendations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high bar for accuracy across financial, creative,
and customer-facing materials.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and PowerPoint skills.
  • Working knowledge of media and digital marketing channels, with the ability to
interpret campaign performance data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
  • Bilingual (French and English) required.
  • Familiarity with the Quebec consumer and retail market is an asset.
