About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Operations Service Management (OSM) with a strong background in operations, service management, or operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and scaling a service management operating model that ensures clear ownership, measurable performance, and reduced operational disruption across underwriting operations, IT, and business functions. This role is pivotal in driving service performance and accountability, leading service issue resolution, and building a central OSM function focused on governance, performance reporting, and analytics. The VP will also be expected to orchestrate cross-functional execution, establish governance and decision-making rhythms, and drive execution discipline and behavior change. Candidates for the VP, OSM role at the company should have 10-15+ years of experience and a proven track record in driving enterprise-level performance improvement. Key capabilities include enterprise prioritization and trade-off management, cross-functional leadership, operating model design, and conflict resolution.
