About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to play a pivotal role in the delivery excellence of its retail business. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading strategic change, ensuring price competitiveness, and retail contract profitability. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in the energy industry, particularly in market and retail operations, and a strong background in transformational business and platform change. The VP Operations will own the customer lifecycle, from sales support to industry-leading customer care, and will be instrumental in the company's growth and expansion plans.
