About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Operations to take on a senior leadership role with a focus on the end-to-end operational execution of its venue deployments. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full post-sale delivery function, ensuring that each deployment is completed on time, within budget, and to the quality standards expected by the company's venue partners. This includes leading all aspects of field delivery, project scheduling, and budget oversight across a growing portfolio of concurrent deployments. The role also involves serving as a key interface between sales, technical partners, and executive leadership to maintain operational visibility and internal alignment. Applicants for the Vice President, Operations position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in operations, project management, or field deployment leadership roles. The role requires a proven track record in managing multiple concurrent, geographically distributed projects, and experience in sectors such as venue technology, AV/digital signage, structured cabling, or smart building systems. The ideal candidate will have strong financial management skills, be adept at building and managing vendor and subcontractor networks, and possess exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. A willingness to travel for key installations, site visits, and industry events is also necessary.
