Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Prior experience as a paraprofessional or in a related educational support role
• Ability to manage and adapt to varying caseloads with compassion and efficiency
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
• Demonstrated ability to follow directions and implement classroom strategies as directed by lead educators
• Open availability throughout the week to accept assignments as needed
• Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive space for all students

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers with classroom management and instructional duties
• Provide one-on-one or group support to students with diverse learning needs
• Support students’ academic, behavioral, and social development throughout the school day
• Collaborate with educators and staff to maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment
• Adapt quickly to different classrooms, students, and teaching styles as you work with various schools in the area
