Market Vice President (MVP)Location: Inland Empire, CA -must reside in marketMarket Vice President (MVP) leads business operations, financial performance, and strategic growth across an assigned market. This role oversees recruitment, sales, and client delivery teams, driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, profitable growth, and talent development while fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture. The MVP is accountable for achieving key business objectives, optimizing service delivery, and attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.Your OpportunityResponsible for the customer/client relationship at the site level and at the area level. Holds consistent meetings to proactively manage these critical relationships and identify challenges that foster the client/vendor relationshipManages the day-to-day communication and engagement of colleague performance to include coaching and development of their teams to ensure all service levels and performance metrics are metDemonstrates the company's core values in the delivery of customer-centric service and holds the team to the same standardsMaintains high levels of client satisfaction through regular Quality Business Reviews (in-person attendance required for larger clients and problematic accounts)Implements the strategy for driving profitable sales growth through client acquisition and penetrationOversees order management, applicant generation, utilization of databases and assignments, candidate funnel yield, and the associate lifecycle (engagement through retention)Ensures consistent recruiting strategies are in place in each branch to ensure staffing levels are achieved and maintained well before high-demand periodsCreates area operations plan to achieve goals and track results to goals, with the autonomy to adjust as necessary; and oversee safety protocols, time collection, accurate payroll and order to cash (billing and invoicing cash applications), and issue resolutionReviews financials, reporting, budget, and general data management via multiple data platforms and channels and create action plans to make data-driven decisionsYour AttributesMinimum of five years of progressive responsibility in operations with successful large, multi-site responsibilityA proven record of driving strong performance and key field operations metricsTrack record of building talent, leading teams, training talent, and affecting change and exceeding expectationsExperience building profitable sales development and growth through the management and development of the sales team, specifically by establishing and managing KPIs and SLAsMust be able to interact and communicate effectively (written and oral) with all levels, in one-on-one and in group presentation situations virtually and in-personProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and ability to learn new software as neededDemonstrated ability to respond quickly to changing prioritiesComfortable using technology to communicate and drive decision makingLight Industrial staffing industry experience requiredBilingual in Spanish and English is highly preferredThe anticipated annual base salary for this position is $105,000 to $120,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for.
