Pay Rate: $23.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns according to post orders.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or authorizations, and support the control of access to sensitive areas, materials, and equipment.
• Support incident response by communicating with site contacts, public emergency services, and/or Allied Universal leadership, while maintaining awareness of operational and security-related procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
