This position plays a key role in maintaining the dealership's reputation and ensuring every customer receives a positive experience.ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers entering the showroom in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner.Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately.Take and distribute messages to the appropriate team members.Page employees as requested by customers in person or over the phone.Assist customers, sales staff, and service personnel with general inquiries.Support customer-focused programs and initiatives that enhance the customer experience.Assist management with monitoring and maintaining customer satisfaction standards.Help ensure customer service processes and manufacturer-related customer satisfaction requirements are met.Assist the Office Manager and General Manager with administrative and clerical duties as needed.Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area and showroom.Utilize dealership systems and Microsoft Office applications to support daily operations.Perform other duties as assigned to support dealership operations.Work a flexible part-time schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.QualificationsPrevious receptionist, customer service, administrative, or customer relations experience preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong customer service mindset with a professional and positive attitude.Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced dealership environment.Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.Basic to intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize responsibilities.Team-oriented with the ability to work effectively with customers and dealership staff.Reliable attendance and flexibility to work nights and weekends.Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record preferred.We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your family, including:Competitive payMedical, Dental and Vision PlansPaid Holidays & PTOShort and Long-Term DisabilityPaid Life Insurance401(k) Retirement PlanEmployee Stock Purchase PlanLithia Learning CenterVehicle Purchase DiscountsWellness ProgramsFor a more detailed view, visit: School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
