Maintenance Technician (Night Shift – 2-2-3 Schedule)Full-Time | Direct Hire | 6:45 PM – 7:00 AM $30.35 – $37.18/hour ($63,128 – $77,334 annually)Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring maximum equipment uptime and operational efficiency. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of production and facility equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will collaborate closely with Operators, Supervisors, and Maintenance leadership to resolve technical issues and drive continuous improvement across the plant.Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsMaintain and repair production equipment including:Injection & blow moldersFillers/cappers, labelersConveyors, palletizers, stretch wrappersService facility and utility systems such as:Chillers, air compressorsReverse osmosis & water filtration systemsInterpret schematics and technical drawings to diagnose issuesPerform preventive maintenance and equipment modificationsMaintain industrial control systemsDocument repairs, work orders, and parts usageEnsure compliance with all safety protocols and PPE requirementsCollaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues quickly and effectivelySuggest improvements for recurring or complex equipment problemsQualifications Minimum RequirementsHigh School Diploma (required)4+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or similar environmentAbility to read electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematicsExperience with shop equipment and precision measuring toolsBasic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong troubleshooting and communication skillsMust have own toolbox and basic toolsPreferred QualificationsAssociate's Degree in Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or related field6+ years of related experience in high-speed manufacturingExperience in industries such as: Beverage, bottling, plastics, or packagingHands-on experience with:VFDs, servo motors/drivesPLC systems and communication networksHVAC systems (chillers, air compressors)Krones, Sidel, or Husky equipmentFabrication skills (welding, cutting, machining)Knowledge of thermodynamics or plastics processingWork Environment2-2-3 rotating schedule (every other weekend off)Night shift: 6:45 PM – 7:00 AMFast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing settingWhy Join Us?
