ITEC (a MacLean Power Systems Company) in Monroe, North Carolina This role is onsite in Monroe, North Carolina. What You’ll Do Drive compliance with all Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards, ensuring a zero‑incident and fully compliant working environment. Develop, implement, and continuously improve policies, procedures, and standard work to reduce costs and maximize production efficiency. Prepare, monitor, and manage operational budgets, supporting cost control initiatives and financial performance of the plant. Lead reporting of plant performance, including operational results, maintenance activities, and continuous improvement progress. Lead and manage daily manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable execution of production plans in alignment with business objectives. Oversee and optimize production control, manufacturing methods, maintenance coordination, supply chain, logistics, and distribution activities to support end‑to‑end plant performance. Ensure plant operations consistently meet production expectations in terms of safety, quality, delivery, and productivity. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all required operational documentation and records. Promote and sustain 5S and workplace organization standards across all manufacturing areas. Collaborate and drive the cross‑functional teams (engineering, quality, supply chain, maintenance) to resolve operational constraints and improve overall plant performance. Performing other duties as assigned at the enterprise level as required. What You’ll Need To Excel In This Role Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering. Minimum 12 years of experience in manufacturing operations or plant management within a complex industrial environment. Strong knowledge of manufacturing policies, procedures, and operational best practices. Proven ability to perform complex operational tasks and lead large, multi‑shift teams. Experience with responsibility for personnel decisions and contribution to budgeting, planning, and operational improvements. Managerial and Leadership Competencies Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive accountability and performance across the organization. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) across all organizational levels. Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and data‑driven decision‑making. Strategic mindset with the ability to translate objectives into execution. Highly organized with strong planning and coordination skills.
