Boyne Resorts is seeking a detail-oriented, versatile, and adaptable leader to serve as the new Vice President of Culinary.

Boyne Resorts has been a family-owned pioneer in the ski industry and now represents a collection of independent mountain destinations, each with its own character. Each of our properties celebrates its unique character and local heritage while operating with the freedom to create authentic, community-rooted experiences.

At Boyne Resorts, we're transforming mountain resort dining into exceptional culinary experiences that rival the majesty of our locations. Across 12 properties and more than 100 food and beverage outlets, driving revenue of $100M+. Our operations span the full range of resort dining, from high-volume, on-mountain quick-service and cafeteria settings to full-service restaurants, bars and lounges, banquet and event catering, and signature fine-dining concepts. Food & Beverage is a compelling reason guests choose our properties, with a focus on innovative concepts, exceptional service, and memorable moments.

The Vice President of Culinary will lead the elevation and innovation of culinary standards across all Boyne Resorts properties, developing and executing an ambitious food and beverage strategy with particular emphasis on training and developing our teams to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences. This is not a role for a lone visionary who cooks in isolation. It is for an elite culinary leader who raises the game of the teams already in place, coaching property chefs to be more creative, more consistent, and more ambitious in what they put on the plate, and building the training that makes that repeatable across the portfolio.

The position sits within a matrixed organization. The VP of Culinary has no direct reports; the role leads through a dotted-line relationship to every executive chef, chef de cuisine, and culinary team member across the portfolio. Success depends on the credibility, influence, and teaching ability to drive change without positional authority.
