Skilled Home Health Registered Nurse Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Day Shift: 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00) with varying hours based on home care office needs. Job Description We are seeking an experienced Skilling Home Health Registered Nurse to provide care for patients in a home health setting, including infusions, wound care, and chronic disease management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home health and skilled nursing care. Responsibilities Conduct cardiopulmonary assessments and document clinical findings. Administer medications and manage intravenous therapies. Perform wound care, including the use of wound vacs and dressing changes. Change and care for Foley catheters and manage staple/suture removal. Administer SQ/IM injections and perform lab draws by venipuncture. Assist with high-risk diagnoses including heart failure, COPD, myocardial infarction, pneumonia, and stroke. Deliver post-operative care and manage patient follow-ups. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 1 year of infusion and skilled home care experience. Must have OASIS training and experience. Valid RN license (FL or compact) required at time of application. Certification in BCLS. Must possess a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for home visits. Current COVID-19 vaccination or exemption form required. Influenza vaccination or declination required, with mandatory mask-wearing while at work. Why ARMStaffing?
