What You Will Take Ownership Of

• Leading front-of-house operations during every shift
• Recruiting, training, coaching, and developing the service team
• Creating a welcoming, energetic, and memorable guest experience
• Maintaining strong standards for service, cleanliness, and restaurant readiness
• Managing schedules, labor, cash controls, and daily operating procedures
• Handling guest concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Supporting sales-building initiatives and local store marketing
• Partnering with the culinary and management teams to ensure smooth execution
• Building a culture of teamwork, accountability, and genuine hospitality

What You Bring

• Restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service environment
• A strong floor presence and hands-on leadership style
• The ability to motivate, coach, and hold a team accountable
• Solid knowledge of labor management, scheduling, and restaurant controls
• Confidence handling busy shifts and challenging guest situations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A hospitality-first mindset and natural ability to connect with people
