Distribution Center Operations Manager
BROAD RIVER RETAIL
Broad River Retail is seeking a Manager of Operations at the Salem, OR distribution center. This role oversees receiving, storage, and shipping, ensuring inventory accuracy and timely order fulfillment.
You will lead and train a small team, drive KPI reporting, and uphold safety standards in a non-climate-controlled warehouse. The position is contract-to-hire with comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401K matching, PTO, and an employee discount.
