Experienced CNC Machinist - Second Shift

LFI Inc. is a growing company looking to lead the way in the precision manufacturing of commercial and aerospace programs in Seabrook, NH. We are seeking a CNC Machinist to join our team on our first shift.

Responsibilities:

• Operate, and troubleshoot CNC machines (mills, lathes, etc.) to produce high-quality precision parts per specifications and blueprints.
• Perform in-process and final inspections using a variety of precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, CMM, etc.) to ensure dimensional accuracy and visual quality.
• Make adjustments to offsets, tooling, and programs as needed to maintain part quality and optimize production efficiency.
• Monitor machine operations, detect malfunctions, and perform minor maintenance to ensure continuous operation.
• Collaborate with coworkers to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 + years of experience as a CNC Machinist in a manufacturing environment.
• Use of precision measuring instruments and performing quality inspections.
• Proven troubleshooting skills and ability to identify and resolve machining issues.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or relevant certifications preferred.

The RI plant provides complex laser based processes for the aerospace, defense, medical and commercial industries. Our NH plant supports the our customer base employing contact machining processes.
