What You Will Do

• Conduct routine and advanced laboratory testsincluding chemistry, hematology, and immunologyaccording to established procedures.
• Evaluate the accuracy of test results, troubleshoot discrepancies, and maintain laboratory instruments through preventative maintenance and calibration.
• Support specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as necessary.
• Ensure thorough documentation of procedures, train new team members or students, and help maintain laboratory quality standards.
• Promote a clean, safe work environment while adhering to regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a related allied health field, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) is required within your first year of employment.
• Ongoing maintenance of certification is essential throughout your tenure.
