Key Responsibilities

Executive Partnership

• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on CRM, sales enablement, and commercial effectiveness initiatives.
• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Technology teams to improve productivity, coverage, and execution.
• Identify opportunities to drive growth through process optimization, analytics, automation, and AI.

⚡ Salesforce & CRM Leadership

• Own the Salesforce platform strategy, governance, and optimization roadmap.
• Drive user adoption, engagement, and overall platform effectiveness.
• Ensure CRM processes, configurations, and documentation evolve alongside business needs.
• Establish and maintain strong data governance and quality standards.

️ Business Transformation & Solution Delivery

• Translate business objectives into scalable technology solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams on architecture, requirements, and implementation planning.
• Define project roadmaps, epics, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
• Lead backlog prioritization and sprint planning activities.

Analytics & Sales Effectiveness

• Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting.
• Audit CRM data quality and recommend improvements.
• Deliver actionable insights that support revenue growth and executive decision-making.
• Drive enhanced lead engagement and sales performance through data-driven strategies.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor CRM and Sales Enablement talent.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Support team development through coaching and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

✅ 7+ years of Salesforce administration, CRM leadership, or sales enablement experience within a B2B environment.

✅ Deep expertise in Salesforce strategy, governance, adoption, and platform optimization.

✅ Strong understanding of CRM architecture, integrations, data models, and enterprise business processes.

✅ Experience developing strategic roadmaps and leading large-scale initiatives.

✅ Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business solutions.

✅ Experience leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to improve business outcomes.

✅ Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

✅ Track record of influencing senior executives and driving organizational change.

⭐ Preferred Experience

• Salesforce Administrator Certification and additional Salesforce certifications.
• Asset Management, Investment Management, Financial Services, or other highly regulated industry experience.
