Maintenance Sales RepresentativePay Range: $60,000-$70,000 base salary plus uncapped commission. First-year on-target earnings range from $110,000-$130,000, with top performers consistently earning well into the six figures.Schedule: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Monday through FridayAbout the RoleIn this role, you'll generate new maintenance and service agreement business by building long-term relationships with property managers, facility leaders, and business owners.
