Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner to promote products and services

Support sales and marketing initiatives designed to increase customer engagement and brand awareness

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members

Identify customer needs and provide accurate product and service information

Assist with lead generation and customer outreach efforts

Collaborate with management and marketing teams to support campaign objectives and daily operations

Maintain compliance with company policies, retail partner standards, and workplace expectations

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Previous experience in customer service, retail, marketing, or sales is preferred but not required

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities

Professional attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
