Insurance Producer - P&C | North Tampa
Established, family-owned independent insurance agency in North Tampa is seeking a driven Insurance Producer. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team with strong carrier relationships and dedicated support staff.


What You'll Do:
Develop new insurance business through prospecting and outbound sales calls


Build and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth


Quote and bind commercial policies across multiple lines of coverage


Collaborate with account management team to ensure excellent client service

What We're Looking For:
Active Florida 2-20 (General Lines) license required


2+ years of commercial P&C insurance sales experience


Strong understanding of commercial coverages (GL, Property, Auto, Umbrella, etc.)


Proven track record with prospecting and closing new business


Self-motivated with excellent communication skills


Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
