The Opportunity

We are seeking a powerhouse Sales Leader and Senior Producer to spearhead our transition from a regional player to a nationwide insurance powerhouse .

This is not a "maintenance" role. We need a visionary architect who has successfully scaled an agency or a division across state lines. You will be the face of our national expansion, responsible for both high-level strategic growth and landing the "anchor" accounts that define a national book of business. THIS IS A START UP!!

 

Key Leadership & Growth Responsibilities

• National Expansion Strategy: Design and execute the roadmap to take our [Commercial/Personal/Benefits] offerings into all 50 states, ensuring compliance and market competitiveness in every jurisdiction.
• Scale the Engine: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance production team. You aren’t just managing; you’re teaching the "hunter" DNA and institutionalizing a winning sales culture.
• Carrier Relations & Capacity: Leverage your existing industry relationships to secure national appointments and exclusive programs with top-tier carriers and E&S markets.
• Direct Production: Lead by example by identifying and closing "whale" accounts and national programs that require executive-level sophistication.
• Operational Excellence: Partner with the executive suite to optimize our tech stack and internal workflows to support a remote, nationwide client base.
• Drive Revenue: Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities through proactive networking, referrals, and strategic prospecting.
• Advise Clients: Conduct thorough risk assessments and design tailored insurance programs that actually protect what matters to your clients.
• Leverage Markets: Use our extensive carrier relationships to provide competitive, comprehensive coverage options.
• Cultivate Relationships: Maintain a high retention rate by being a visible, trusted resource for your clients throughout the policy lifecycle.
• Mentor: (Optional) Share your expertise with junior associates to help foster a culture of excellence.

 

The Profile of Our Ideal Leader

• Proven Scale Experience: 10+ years of insurance production experience with a documented history of developing a company’s national footprint . You’ve done this before and know where the pitfalls are.
• Executive Presence: You are as comfortable in a boardroom presenting a national risk management strategy as you are coaching a new producer on their pitch.
• The "Architect" Mindset: You don't just follow a process; you build the process. You understand how to align sales goals with long-term company valuation.
• Licensed & Connected: Fully licensed in [P&C / L&H] with an existing nationwide network of brokers, carriers, and high-value prospects.
• Growth-Obsessed: You have a "refuse to lose" attitude and the stamina required to lead an aggressive, multi-year expansion.
