Personal Trainer

Position Overview BODY20 is helping people strengthen their bodies and change their lives through time‑condensed, technology‑based Electro‑Muscular Stimulation (EMS) training. We are revolutionizing the way people work out and are looking for highly motivated and energetic individuals to join our Des Peres studio as a full‑time Personal Trainer. Provide a high level of personalized attention to members, ensuring they are challenged to the best of their abilities. Instruct and demonstrate proper use of equipment and exercise techniques, which may include operating equipment and dynamically moving weight up to 50 pounds. Adjust and operate all EMS and fitness equipment to BODY20 standards and adhere to all safety requirements at all times. Administer InBody evaluations as needed. Maintain knowledge and/or participation in all club services, programs, and products. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Current nationally recognized Personal Training certification is a plus. CPR/AED certification (preferred). 1–3 years of Personal Training experience (preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Honesty, personal integrity, and passion for the fitness industry. Strong time management, organizational, and follow‑up skills. Reliable, professional, computer‑literate, tech‑savvy, energetic, and friendly. Can maintain a regular, predictable full‑time schedule and work some nights, weekends, and holidays. Can attend 1–2 BODY20 sessions per week to effectively describe the workouts to members. Must be 18 or older. Essential Physical Requirements Must be able to perform all essential physical aspects of the position, including standing, sitting, running, walking, jumping, squatting, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs at a time.
