Ardor Health Solutions is looking for a Home Health - HH to join our travel team in Rio Rancho, NM! This is a full time travel contract position.

Requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Active NM 95040 - Case Manager RN license
• 2+ years of Home Health - HH experience
• This position begins on 06/15/2026 and ends on 09/14/2026
