Marketing Data Analyst (Hybrid)

Overview Marketing Data Analyst at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics supports the Global Marketing team by collecting, analyzing, and visualizing digital marketing data. The role drives growth and campaign optimization through paid media analytics, attribution, app measurement, testing, and optimization strategies. Responsibilities Utilize, develop, and maintain analytical tools to extract, transform, and analyze digital data. Interpret complex datasets to identify key trends and insights; provide regular reports on performance metrics including website traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates. Evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels and recommend adjustments to optimize performance. Monitor and analyze competitors’ digital strategies, identify market trends, and present findings to stakeholders. Ensure metrics are integrated and aligned across scorecards and dashboards, driving connectivity with systems. Create benchmarking analyses to compare metrics and assess ROI from customer engagement; use findings to inform content effectiveness. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Accounting, Marketing, Finance, Data Science, Statistics, or Data Analysis (preferred) with 5+ years of relevant experience, or Graduate-level degree (MBA) with 3+ years of relevant experience. Proficiency in utilizing databases, data analysis tools, and reporting tools to automate reporting processes. Skill in creating and automating dashboards, scorecards, ad‑hoc reports, and data visualizations to generate key business insights. Experience in analyzing marketing data from websites, SEO, and social media platforms using tools such as GA4, Adobe Analytics, SEMrush, Sprout Social, or similar. Strong critical thinking and analytical mindset; excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Preferred Experience Experience in FDA‑regulated industries. Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, Power BI, Marketo, Workfront, Seismic, Salesforce.com, and familiarity with AI applications. Agency experience. Work Arrangement Hybrid. Eligible employees may work part of the time at the Brea, California, location and part of the time remotely. Benefits & Compensation Salary range: $105,000–$115,000.
