You’ll work on a small team to take a real content brand or event to market, the way our marketers actually do it, using AI as a working tool, and pitch your go-to-market plan to our team at the end of the day.What you’ll doGet a real assignment. Your team takes something to market and carries it start to finish: an event (a summit, awards night, or webinar series) or a brand (a video series, podcast, or a title itself).Define your audience, targeting, and positioningBuild real materials with AI: Subject lines, social posts, episode titles, cover-art concepts — then critique and refine them, learning where AI helps and where your judgment winsPlan your channels and how you’ll measure successPitch your go-to-market plan in a short team “capstone,” with live feedback from MJH marketersWrap with a debrief and an open career Q&AWhat you’ll walk away withReal work, not shadowing. you’ll leave having made marketing materials, not just watched someone else make them.Résumé-relevant AI fluency: the “generate, then critique and refine” skill employers are actively screening for.A pitch you can talk about in interviews, plus take-home artifacts from the day.Real time with working marketers: mentorship over lunch and in feedback.A genuine look at a career path in healthcare media and marketing.Who it’s forVisiting college juniors exploring marketing, communications, business, or the health sciences — no prior experience required, just curiosity and energy.
